All: My turn to chime in here.... you are all talking as if AMD was in the same place they were back with the k6-2 and the k5. They aren't. The difference is simple and it's key. AMD has the respect of all the computer hobbiests now.. you know.. the guys everyone asks when buying a computer. Most of the IT guys at corporations (that I know) have Athlons at home (or at the very least know Athlon is solid and the P4 is 'sub-optimal'). Everyone is runing around, screaming 'the sky is falling'. Hell this is the best position AMD has been in, in a while.. Steve
