Bloomberg reported 50.9% Bulls today for last week,

Yeah.... still no fear, despite the major resistance we now have in the 3,000 range on the Nasdaq.

It's difficult for me to line up with Fleck because he always seems so bearish, but I think he's right on this one. We need a good 'ol Baron Rothschild "Blood in the Streets" kind of panic.

That will clear up much of the margin debt and bring valuations down to a reasonable level.

But I still think that any slowdown in the US will be multiplied in overseas markets. And that won't likely bode well for gold given the reduced prospects for excessive inflation.

But watch these Florida Supreme Court bozos, two of which NEVER held Judgeships prior to their appointment, screw this whole thing up by not following the law. In fact, it's probably more likely they will try to use their power to create new election laws post-facto.

If this election doesn't get wound up in the next couple of days, the alternative, by default, will last for weeks.

Regards,

Ron
