Richard, Dan, and others:

See the SEC's Investor Assistance and Complaints at sec.gov. E-mail them at help@sec.gov or fax them at 202-942-9634 or call 202-942-7040. I've emailed and called several times; the only substantial info I've received is that SIIS will be penalized and fined for their late filings. Calling seems to work for an immediate response, email gets a return message that they will respond within a month.

I agree that the SEC seems to be cutting Wincom slack. Maybe if we all contacted the SEC they might do something. Their web page sure makes one believe that their on our side but I can't say with regard to Wincom that their actions support their mission.

I don't think the negotiations with a certain capital provider are going as well as they had hoped. That potential provider knows their need for capital and is playing hard ball. I believe this is the reason for the delay on both the K and the Q and not due to the auditors inability to complete the audit timely as their extension says.

By the way, I have not been able to get Raoull or Dan Lawrence to return my calls. I understand Raoull's relunctance but not Dan's.

Dan, why won't you return my calls? I have 30,000 shares at prices no where near today's. And I mean NO WHERE NEAR!
