Bob, Peñoles doesn't look like an ADR, more like an interlisting - mx.finance.yahoo.com
.. allowing for exchange this is equivalent 1-to-1 to that shown by stockwatch for ipoaf, and that shown by your url there ... aren't ADRs usually a multiple, like 20-to-1 ... also JP Morgan doesn't show it on their adr.com site, don't know if that means anything

Searching edgar gives a result that appears useless - sec.gov .. if it's interlisted there should be a 20F, but how to find it?

penoles.com.mx - not much info here ... i wouldn't touch it personally
