I was taking this in the context of the Supreme Court hearing, where the Gore team was again pushing the statewide. If it came down to a choice of a (dimpled) recount in the three counties, or a statewide recount, you would think that Bush would have better odds with a statewide. Unless it delayed the certification beyond 12/12/00.

But you have a good point.
