Take a look at AOL. If it rallies back up to its down trend, it's a great short. The right shoulder is flattened out into a high base and now it's broken out on the down side, rallied back up, and is engaging in another break. It's tempting to short now, but that's not prudent. You have to assume a contra-trend rally. If a rally occurs, then the next failure should be very profitable.

This weakness is confirmed by the breaking of lows in other stocks in this group like YHOO and ATHM. The market is saying that these companies under their existing business models can never be meaningful profitable.
