"Still awaiting your response on why the Republican Party has so little support among minorities."

Simple, it is because they (repubs) do not promise to redistribute wealth and give them (minorities) something for nothing (welfare, reverse discrimination in the guise of affirmative action). The same inducements they offer organized labor (vote for us and we will help insure that you don't have to compete for a living). In short-vote for us and we will give you more free stuff.

The marketing of the democratic party is quite simple...sell guilt and envy. If you are well-off you should feel guilty; if you are not you should feel envious. It is an emotional argument, which explains why it works so well with women, children, and effeminate men.
