Reuters, Wednesday, May 28, 1997 at 08:01 BOCA RATON, Fla., May 28 (Reuter) - Boca Research Inc said Wednesday it had named Robert Ferguson chairman of its board. He succeeds E. Roe Stamps. Ferguson became a director of the company shortly after Boca Research's initial public stock offering in 1993. He has been president of Robert W.
