This is far too simple. Add in ALWAYS, 100%, CERTAIN. We are talking reality here, nothing is 100%, it is possible that a micrometeorite crashed into parking lot, ricocheted off the school house door, and zapped the ballot with just enough force to dimple a chad. But I would suggest that 99.999% of dimpled chads occur because the card was not lined up properly in the votamatic and the chad was positioned slightly over the frame instead of over the chad hole, or the ballot card guide hole was round instead of square and the voter again pressed against the frame surrounding the chad hole in the votamatic instead of squarely through the square. TP - So what's your theory? Space aliens with ray guns?
