To my knowledge, CSCO developed upwards of 90% of their current VoIP and IP telephony products in house. If we look on the enterprise side, the following pieces are homegrown (though, no doubt with the influence and participation of the Selsius folks): -IP Telephones -Catalyst Switches -Powered 10/100 line cards -Standalone VoIP gateways (equivalent to the trunk cards on a PBX) -Integrated Router/VoIP gateway (1700, 2600, 3600, 7200, more) CSCO also has a number of products which address the service provider VoIP market. As far as a solution that can displace legacy circuit switches, I have no doubt that CSCO is the king in this area, though NT has a decent migration story. The the use of the word "only" is inappropriate (and probably a misquote), CSCO certainly has the most complete VoIP/IP telephony solution and most of it is homegrown. BR
