Steve knows the answer, why wont he tell us? I still like my idea
There is no problem of not knowing if the protein came from Mother
or pup. Use only foster pups . ie only the Mama expresses
the transgene. Degradation due to salivary and stomach acids may not
be as big of a problem as you think. Many proteins can handle very low
ph environments without becoming deystoyed. It depends on
the protein. Till Steve tells us otherwise, I will asssume my method
of milking the mother is the one GZTC uses.
