It sounds like now you want to make the statement that it is possible for a dimpled/pregnant chad not to show intent, as opposed to probable that it doesn't show intent? Is that it? You want the court to throw out any vote that can't be shown 100% absolutely under the eyes of God to be the final intended will of the voter?
