Skip: Panic has set in , sad to see because it gives us die hard longs a last chance to pull some cheap shares out. Hate to see it but I see sub 50 cents. Possible lower lows than last year. Do not say it cannot happen !!
Strategically, Don has puffer fished once too many times. You can only go to the well only so many times , and the well went dry. Most OTCBB stocks have had 90% corrections , which would take us back to where certain bashers said they would be a buyer. Pick 10 otcbb stocks right now at random and find me any over a dollar. Most are selling at 25 cents and under.
I'll never sell. First I dont have to. I'll average down when blood is up to the horses neck. But When you look back at the last year we still have little reason to believe that revenues will increase in the near future; and if we think a great announcement will move the stock price, I think the street will want to see 2 or 3 quarters first.
We have another qtr report coming up .. 1st qtr 2001 and ATT's loss will be more evident than in the last qtr. Lines of credit are set up to burn cash. The otcbb market hates with a passion dilution , they treat it like AIDS.
Don needs contracts for 4.5 million dollar buildouts , NO CONTRACTS// NO BUILDOUTS imo.. What I have is a bad taste in my mouth for not being on the NASDQ by now. Don had a window of opportunity that passed us by so now we are looking at 2 to 4 years again. Sorry barbara . I was looking at 100 to 125 million buyout , but we would be lucky to get 75 to 100 million right now. And I think they would be stupid not to run with it.
The time frame of FEB to AUG is where they got behind . They just got caught up in moving the physical facilities, they are spread out geographically with the buildouts, Paragon was kept separate and looking back I think that was a mistake, because of duplication of facilities.
Every other otcbb stock on the otcbb exchange is getting killed, we should not be exempt. On the NASDQ we would have probably been down to 2 bucks by now , but still able to keep the listing. When Don said we would be on the NASDQ by fall I personally feel that he should have his feet held to the fire on that one. Now it complicates his plans and vision by a 5 fold factor. If he can still pull it out( His vision for TSIS) he will pay a dear price and it is still possible. But it means he is pulling uphill against a strong wind....Digger |
