Lu has been pushed down to a has been. NT and CISCO positive news does affect the others stock price. NT addressed the inventory concerns issuing as being resolved. That could be very important for the entire supply chain in optical. Indirectly, this impacts Cisco as well. It means spending in tech is not about to come to a severe slowdown as predicted by some. Therefore, any positive news now, could rally these stocks.
