Bulgar Pilaf Stuffing

1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup bulgur
4 ounces pork sausage or turkey sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded carrot

In a small saucepan bring broth and worcestershire sauce to boiling. Add bulgur. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
In a skillet crumble the sausage. add onion, celery, and carrot. Cook until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Stir in bulgur mixture.
Put in a casserole dish and heat in oven until it is hot again.
