Even worse the Greedy Houses, playing their normal time of the year games began a series of BUYING MOTIVATED DOWNGRADES that have understandably backfired as a result of the Election Crap. Well, after surveying the Landscape of Opportunity and unable to rectify miscalculated actions they simply decided to take advantage of said miscalculation and downgrade REMAINING sectors during this Stagnant Election environment. You sure got that right! I think SEC should eliminate upgrades and downgrades and price targets since the brokerage houses manipulate the markets with these methods. Mephisto
