I doubt that people would go to the voting booth and NOT vote for anyone for president which is the main reason why most people went to vote (any survey will prove that to practically 100%). Sorry to inform you, but you are dead wrong. They are called protest votes and they average about 2% of all ballots cast. This is a well-known pattern.
