Now if I was a cynic, I might believe that the recent poor performance had something to do with dropping the share price so that these options could be issued at an attractive price (to the recipients)..

Our directors would never be a party to anything like that ....would they?? This could only be just a fortunate coincidence which puts their options immediately in the money to the tune of around 4 million..
