Les, The information you have here is incredible.
I would like to know if %stocks under 200dma (currently 37%) gives a buy signal to the market at some # like 20, 25, 30%.

I'm sure you've seen that when it bottomed in May, June if the numbers look like they do now. Or at the March highs and end of August highs if they were peaked out.

Is this a leading or lagging indicator of tops and bottoms?
