Jim, Re: Basically all they did was pass the buck back to the local canvassing board with a new deadline and that the handcount must be accepted That is why I said they are amazing. Now if they want to play the role of the SOS(at exercise her discretionary power to accept or not), at least do it completely by outline how the counting must be conducted. My interpretation of the ruling is that they took away the SOS's authority but certified that the canvassing board has their authority to do whatever they want. I am glad that I am not living in Florida.
