RE:"Bush, or those advisors he is supposed to be so great at picking made an incredibly stupid decision, and it looks like it may be about to cost him the Presidency."

You laughed when I said the Dems are the party of Lawyers. there lawyers are more clever. they knew they had to come from behind. Bushes, mistakenly tried to protect the lead and went into the infamous "prevent defense".

RE:"I voted for Gore, but I am not happy about the idea of the Presidency being decided by indented "dimpled" ballots. Certainly not when the indented ballots are only counted in precincts that heavily favor one candidate or the other."

Now you now why I was suggesting you vote against Gore. You thought it was just a Gore-Bush thing when it's more an ideology thing.

RE:"Bush had better stop trying to hide from the process and get the recounts going in the precincts that favored him, or this is over, and over in an ugly way."

It's too late. 5 days to recount. The FSC decision clearly has Bush on the run now...he has to try and manufacture his own votes now where as he thought he had won.
Gore can now surpass Bush with dimpled ballots and win without due process. A very clever court victory by the Lawyers...just what you voted for...the Lawyers...but thought you were voting for clean air and and the environment.
Now you might realize my concern about lawyer intrusion into the tech sector...
Especially when you factor in what's happening in the markets and likely your 401k...
