the court did everything that he asked them to...he spoon fed them their decision...the Republicans have been out-lawyered from the get go.

The Republicans were not outlawyered. The decision would have been the same regardless of arguments presented. The Florida Supreme Court had no intention to consider arguments. The only thing to decide was how to do what Gore needs them to do.
