I could be right . . . . about the Democrats battling and taking Florida. In case you missed my earliest comments on the subject early Wednesday morning, November 8, 2000, here are my posts concerning the "recount." If only I could call the stock market so well. Message 14752813 Message 14752832 Message 14752848 No way the Democrats are going to let Florida's 25 Electoral College votes go into the Republican column. No way! Not so long as there are legitimate grounds to have each of those three counties' votes analyzed with a magnifying glass. Gore is going to take Florida. Then the person with the clear lead in national popular vote will take office in January. George the Lesser can then go back to running his execution chamber. A job fit for a "Lesser." Al may not be a heavyweight, but he's sure not a flyweight. /john
