I pretty much agree with that exactly. It is unclear how many can be confirmed and certified by Sunday. Baker's pandering appeal to the Florida Legislature to act in some way looks to be a real subornation of the will of the electorate. It it throws it to the Congress - having two sets of electors - not only might Hastert become interim President, but the American People might prefer that he remain.
