That 70 number was tossed out because someone said 10% of the ballots were rejected for postage. Democrats are hoping just the postage issue will be re-visited and nothing else. This way they can disingenuously claim they tried to assuage the disgust so many Americans are feeling toward Al Gore.

Kerry is a hypocrite. Like most Democrats. If he truly believed what he is saying. Then he would be complaining about the non-enforcement of voter responsibility toward hanging chads.
