State courts have consistently ruled that any clear form of voter intent must be counted. Emphasis on the word "clear." Someone tonight said that, because of that reason, only ballots that are consistently dimpled will be allowed in the recounts, and that any ballot that is dimpled for the presidential candidate but punched out for other candidates will be tossed out. Sounds fair enough to me.
