Palm Beach hypocrisy. I believe it was 1996 when a local black conservative lady was refused a manual recount after she lost a legislative race by 11 votes. She got a machine recount, where she picked up three votes, losing by 11 instead of 14. She was told she could not have a hand count unless she could show fraud, or mechanical failure. Don't except to hear this on the nightly news with Dan Rather. I believe I heard it on the O'Reilly factor.
