Listen up. I see your attorney and a Republican. Look at it this way if Gore loses the recount he is now screwed, he can't take it to the Feds because there's no legal basis. The Reps on the otherhand have a slight chance under the 14th. Gore has played his last card. Bush, as I see it, has the only hope of petitioning the US Supreme court now. The only other interesting thing going on is the Seminole case. If Republicans operatives were given access (by Republican officials) to absentee ballots and Dem operatives weren't it blows it all wide open. That's besides the fact that what the Rep operatives did may well have been illegal. Long live Boies. Death to Microsoft. Viva Linux.
