I agree there's a sucker born every day, but this time is different. You don't have the 3rd worse market decline in history without going unnoticed.

These idiots who have repeatedly given ridiculous targets will now be under so much scrutiny, that they will think twice about making such calls. The power of the web for some companies can be detrimental to one's portfolio, but in terms of an informational impact, it can be very revealing.

Remember Rick Whittingham for calling a strong buy on INTC the day before their warning? I don't think anyone will ever forget that one. I have been meaning to create a thread to expose these idiots, and haven't acted on it. Glad to see Donny take the initiative.

I'm still waiting for the 1st class action law suit against the brokerage firms, and the analysts who have made such ridiculous calls. While it's up to the retail investor to do their own DD, it's also up to analysts to not engage in criminal activities. I don't know any other way to put it. It's down right fraud what some of these guys do on a daily basis, and someday they will be punished. As of now, the way of punishment is to expose them, and we're only getting started.
