I think an SI "WANTED" site is in order. Post their pictures, bios and doozies like that one you have there on NEON...their email address if available. If it was called "Wall Street Exposed" it might capture the streets attention and we'll see these guys get canned... Or at least lose their huge bonus next month. Complaints on that NEON up/downgrade within a week should be e-mailed directly to the SEC by us all in my opinion... it's truly disgusting.
