Do you deny they the GOre campaign sent a five page memo to key precincts on "how to not count military ballots?"

Hundreds of military ballots were thrown out in the 3 democratic counties, far more than all the other counties combined. The first story I heard on CNN and MSNBC said that most of them did not have postmarks and that is why they were thrown out. Later on, like the next day, I heard that there were "other problems" with the ballots.

There is no law allowing ballots without postmarks, or late postmarks, of non-military absentees. So these should be properly thrown out.

A complicating factor is that the FLorida absentee ballots had no place for a date on the ballot.

Even Haterman said that they should be counted -- but that was just for public consumption and his aides told the election supervisors that it was "not a legal opinion."

The hypocrisy of Gore is unprecedented.

No military man would or should ever take an order from him.
