my main system has been out of play for 3 months, its new, of course...so, this is a late response <thanks>. Sitting tight, but I am still not sure what they are proposing to do, to dividend out equity in the oppcos to WEB shareholdes. my guess is that it is not practical, being in Canada. I am reminded of one upset young lawyer lady who returned from BC to HK, to practice law, saying <at least there (in HK), you make business decisions based solely on fundamentals and not on the tax consequences>. Too true. don.
