dennis, have you read the decision of the Fl. Court? The procedural history recounted by the Court does not support your assertion that there was no "justiciable issue" for enjoining the Secretary of State from certifying the vote on Saturday. Indeed, reading the opinion, it is difficult to understand why your man wouldn't have agreed to a statewide recount when this entire mess broke. Of course, you could write it all off as the result of a bunch of criminal, uneducable, scum with black robes. Looks like we take out the lows in the NDX with no volume around except a few would be daytraders who have the day off. <gg> What are you drinking over the holiday?
