Yup, the old put options scam. I expect for awhile the parties at risk try to prop up the price while they cover their asses, but that does not work for long in a bear.

Everything starts to go bad when the market does not climb endlessly. It is a true house of cards. I expect that these sorts of articles will be appearing in the more popular press with increasing frequency; we are already seeing this. As we have been saying for so long, this sort of thing will figure large in the "What Were We Thinking?" specials. The list of bad guys at the end of all this will be truly enormous.
