Gopher, What I am interested in is the decision to permit selective recounting There was no such decision. Certain counties asked for a recount. The SC decision gave them the authority to go ahead. All counties had equal opportunity to do a hand recount. Therefore, to allow any recount which demonstrably favors one party is effectively rigging the election. The SC was upholding the law. Please read their decision. Don't blame Republican tactical errors on the court. Scumbria
