Hey Theo..let me first wish all you guys a happy holiday....a few thoughts...I was deeply disappointed with the court's decision..however I kinda knew it was coming..the justices appear to not have a clue....this opinion was very very liberal and given what we've learned from this court, not at all surprising..Gore played this brilliantly....you just get a sense with all the decisions heading his way, that he will emerge the victor....I think history will show that the Bush camp made a tactical mistake not to push for a complete recount of the state, esp. when Gore asked him to...clearly the way it stands now is extremely unfair and the rest of the state has not had due process...but they had their chance....Theo..Gore nauseates me, and I know he nauseates everybody else who has to even look at him..my only consolation here is that the Dems get to be nauseated for 4 years...that is their punishment for getting duped into electing this loser....see ya doc
