Where have you read that a judicial determination has been made that "dimpled ballots" express the clear intent of the voter?

On CNN, interpreting what the Florida Supreme Court said between the lines, referring to a precedent in Illinois.

From CNN (however, this is a somewhat different version with a less explicit interpretation than
the one I saw a few hours ago)

The justices cited a decision from the Illinois Supreme Court which seemed to address the "dimpled chad" issue holding up the count of some votes in Palm Beach County, saying that if the voter's intent could be reasoned with some degree of certainty, it should be counted.

Edit: I just read the additional sentence

But, the court wrote, "We leave the matter to the sound
discretion of the body best equipped to address it -- the
legislature."

which actually appears to give a mandate to the legislature!
