                            ALUDRA Strengthens Global Business                           Development with Key Appointment of Robert                           Binns as Chairman of the Advisory Board

Binns as Chairman to the Advisory Board. This appointment is a                           key component in an aggressive business campaign to assemble a                           seasoned advisory team to help guide the company's worldwide                           market growth strategy and to increase Aludra's capacity to                           manage emerging opportunities. 
                            Mr. Binns, President of Allianc-e.com Incubator Corp., an                           e-commerce incubator providing management and consulting services                           to early stage e-commerce and Internet companies is a valuable                           addition to Aludra. With over 20 years of marketing, sales,                           operations and general management experience building new                           businesses Mr. Binns brings to the Board a unique global                           perspective on the challenges facing business today. Specialized                           in Internet and e-Business platforms and on the implications of                           Internet technologies on user's enterprise software and platform                           strategies, Mr. Binns core competency revolves around the dynamic                           trends within the Internet and enterprise portal marketplaces and                           the impact these trends have on enterprise e-Business                           initiatives. He has played instrumental roles as Vice President                           of Cebra Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal                           and with IBM Canada. 
                            Mr. Binns will have a critical role in, among other things,                           mapping the company's future for Internet initiatives. He will                           help spearhead the strategic planning process and maximize the                           company's upside potential. Mr. Binns will not only be                           responsible for helping to build key strategic alliances and                           partnerships to extend Aludra's reach but, in particular, his                           role will involve the development of the company's sales and                           marketing team to strengthen Aludra's commitment to building a                           stronger presence in the Canadian marketplace.
