This nation has often been called the great experiment, a government of the the people, by the people and for the people. Three septet and equal branches of government. For the last eight years the government has been becoming a government for special interests. Clinton has stepped on the legislative branch with his use of OEs. Now we have a partisan court writing legislation instead of interpreting legalities. The legislative branch has always been the people's most direct tie to being governed and now it's powers are quickly vanishing. "No controlling legal authority" covers it all.
