Don,

At this point it doesn't really matter who wins, but just for Spite, I hope the FINAL recount numbers in Florida has Gore 1 vote less than Bush!

LOL! With the shift to trying to count dimpled ballots, I now agree. You don't try to change the rules in the middle of the game, as the Democrats are trying to do. If they haven't counted dimpled ballots before (and according to CNN reports, they haven't), they shouldn't count them now.

Apparently, there is now a Democratic lawyer in the lobby of a building in Miami who has been surrounded by police (including being surrounded by crime scene tape) as he was "observed" taking a ballot and putting it in his coat by a Republican observer. He refuses to open his coat to show that the observer was mistaken.

Republican observers in Miami were told this morning that they were no longer needed since only the disputed ballots were going to be checked (and the canvassing board has final say). They were moving the operations up a floor to a room that isn't visible to the public and the Republicans have apparently started protesting and chanting in the halls. Now they're moving the ops back downstairs. What are these people thinking?

This just gets weirder and weirder.

Dave
