Watch that supposed surplus in the federal government's tax coffers dissapear in short order as they attempt to pay off the debt, give us some tax relief and don't generate new funds because ST cap gains dry up, and ST losses replace them.

In addition, those that are now LTBH investors (not by design, but by circumstances.....) take LT gains which are taxed at a lower rate.

I wonder when the government is going to spring this little gem on us!
