hi Ish~

dec 14th, d-day :)

I don't say much politically, really there is little point in the endless arguing between bipartisian view points here

since I voted for Bush, I'm sure all will think my viewpoint is slanted

having said all that, I'm disappointed in the way this 'after election' has turned

I don't think it is fair, for a myriad of reasons that should be obvious to all. partial county manual counts, determining voter intent, high exclusion rate of absentee ballots [especially regarding the military, for they are the backbone of our country and their voices should be heard, not cast aside because they are serving us in a foreign land], no consistency in judging the ballots, time extensions surpassing any previously known, to my knowledge.

I don't think it is going to wash with the American public. yes, we like a good fight, we are fighters! but we like a fair fight, no matter what political affiliation, Americans have a deep rooted sense of fairness, of fair play.

this process could hardly be called fair

just my two cents
