Since your wife is a Lawyer you should know that the first one to hire a Lawyer set the whole process in motion. Jim Everyone on these threads seems to believe in the "Rule of Law" and that the other side is attempting to subvert it, mostly by using hordes of lawyers. People of good will disagree on just what the ROL is, and we have set up court systems across the nation to mediate those disagreements. We use people called jurors, judges and lawyers to run that system. Instead of your constant complaining about lawyers, maybe you could let us know just how you would go about mediating differences about the meaning of the "Rule of Law" short of electing you Dictator.
