To you and all, let me ask a question, if you know, what is kosher turkey? My wife made a roast turkey that involved soaking it in brine solution made with kosher salt. Pardon my ignorance, but how is that different from regular salt. I am just curious, and she sure doesn't know, she just thought it was a good recipe, which it was(we celebrated the holiday last Sunday).
