The NDX has dropped 44.3% from its highs and has dropped below its 52 week low... To me, that qualifies as a lot of BEAR pain... And, if we touch 2600, that would represent a 47% drop from the highs... When considering that we are talking about the top 100 tech companies on Nasdaq, it implies that when the best companies are nearly split in half there ain't going to be much more selling... : >

If the worst case scenario of a 2300 bottom occurs, we would have seen a 52% haircut in these 100 best Nasdaq tech companies... So, it appears that we are at or near the bottom...
