Moose--The Court's decision wasn't to give the election to Gore, it was merely a ruling to keep the game in play while the manual recount could be completed, as called for by FL law.

There are certainly no guarantees that Gore is going to make up that ground by Sunday 5pm. In fact, at the current rate, he will still fall short. (I'm thinking linear here in a non-linear world).
