I think it is win at all costs for GWB as I am not sure this guy would go another round in 4 years. I am convinced this guy is not too excited about being President and probably realizes he lacks the capabilities anyway. GWB would rather hang on his ranch and swig whiskey IMO. Nonetheless, I am starting to think whoever the winner is here....will really be the loser.
