WJ --- it would be an interesting study to define the effectiveness of TA in time of mania ( stupidity ) such as this --- we all know that TA measures sentiment but can it adjust for out of control sentiment? MACD was effective in "predicting" the april turndown e.g. --- methinks it actually can given some look backs Any take on the DOW monthly (with H&S showing) Partisanship now deeply entrenched in the populace, everybody hates the other guy who doesn't hold his position...societies that continue to claw at each other should make people more scared of the potential long term effects.... ever see a team succeed when one half of the team thinks the other half are !$%!%! jerks.
