I'd encourage you to actually look at the content of the article without prejudging based on the source.

Well, my remark about the name of the fund that David Tice runs was not to suggest that I hadn't read the article. I did read it after following your link. I also read versions of the same over this year in regards to Dell Computer from the same source. It's an interesting view which certainly has been well discussed in regards to large tech companies like Dell, Cisco and Microsoft.

Tice and Fleckenstein have been roaring 'bears' for years. During those 'years', a lot of us have made a good chunk of change. This happens to be a year for them to make a chunk of change. I didn't mean to 'toss' my opinion of Tice at you. I'm well aware of his concerns as well as Fleckenstein's (I read him every day here at SI). Bill Fleckenstein admits that when conditions warrant it, he will most likely be bullish again if the 'bubble' gets deflated and things get back to his reality. Time will tell. I haven't heard anything out of Tice since he called 'witch' on Tyco.
