Change Order.... Gore wins vote tally in Florida but Bush wins on technicality because Democrats make major mistakes

The Democratic Supreme Court of Florida had an opportunity to be nonpartisan by
forcing a manual count of all counties and instructing in the rules by which ballots
should be acceptable....failing in this regard gives the Republicans a valid argument
to invalidate the entire recount process.

In addition the Miami Dade decision to examine only the 10000 under votes is
another major Democratic Party mistake.....since more people voted for Gore in
that county this clearly favors Gore.....but for this to be an accurate reflection of
the voters then those ballots with a clear cut hole plus a dimple should be excluded
from the count...this would also favor Gore but such duel candidate selections will
never be found by only examining the undervote.......the Republicans will be able
to use this type of obvious bias to help invalidate the entire manual recount
process......

Considering the Republican make up of the Florida legislature and these
Democratic mistakes a Bush win is now certain whether he has the votes or not.
